Waking up problems? Help for waking up in the morning
Do you need help waking up in the morning early?
Steve Pavlina, has a very interesting article at his site about how to get up early in the morning. This article can be very helpful for all such people like me who want to be early risers but have problem doing that.
Rising early can have many advantages like being more productive and energetic for any kind of work early in the morning, have more time during the day to complete your tasks, better health, sound mind etc.
Steve, it seems has tried different methods of trying to get up early in the morning - he has tried going to bed early, going to bed and getting up at the same time everyday etc.
But the method he found most effective is this: At night, go to bed only when you feel sleepy but in the morning, get up at a fixed time by setting up an alarm clock (do this for all 7 days a week). No matter what time you go to bed, always get up at the same time each morning.
Using this technique, you may be able to get better control of your sleeping patterns. If you sleep late at night and still get up early, you may feel tired during the day but the second night you would want to go to bed earlier.
